Google And Samsung Join Together To Merge Wear OS And Tizen OS

Google Inc And Samsung have teamed up to make a unified wearable platform. According to the latest tweet by Google, Both Samsung and Google Are Combining Google’s Wear OS and Samsung’s Tizen OS to Make A Single Operating System. The name of the resulting Operating System is not announced.

According to Google, the join efforts of both Tech Giants will result in improvements to battery life of the Smart Watches. We will have 30 percent faster loading time for applications.

It also simplifies life for App developers. Now the developers will have to create a single version of an application for all sorts of Android wearables. With an open ecosystem, more app developers will have opportunities to apply to present applications, which will redefine the smartwatch experience. 

What About My Current Tizen Based Samsung Galaxy Smart Watch? 

Samsung will give software updates for existing Galaxy smart watches up to three years as per the promise of the company.
